70VS - Variable speed pumping application
Technologic 500 Controller with Danfoss variable frequency drives can operate and control up to 3 horizontal or vertically mounted parallel pumps. Any type of B&Gs or Goulds pumps can be used on these packages.The high end Tech 5500 controller is capable of handling up to 6 pumps as standard utilizing any brand of VFDs.

How does it work?
The system can be enabled to run automatically from the keypad, or remotely via "dry contact", or serial communication. The pumps then stage on and off and vary their speed to meet the design requirements of flow and head.
Why use it?
To boost pressure of incoming city water and of the available hot water to meet the flow and head requirements during the day and night.
Typical application
Hot and/or cold water pressure boosting applications for schools, prisons, large and small residential and commercial buildings, etc.
